Thank you for visiting the GIS Hybrid Learning Platform, a new breakthrough in the learning and education process.

These terms of use (Terms of Use) apply to all users and visitors of the gishybridlearning.id site, the GIS website, as well as any features, content and products provided by Global Indonesia School (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Platform) (Users or you ).

By using the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, agreed to and are subject to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, then you are not allowed to use our Platform.

These Terms of Use may be changed, modified, supplemented, or amended from time to time at our discretion. We will notify you of any changes or modifications made to the Terms of Use via electronic mail or application notifications or other media. Your continued use of the Service after the date on which the amended, modified, added or amended Terms of Use are notified constitutes your acceptance to be bound by the amended, modified, added or amended Terms of Use.

All materials and contents included in this site including but not limited to, name, logo, program code, design, trademark, technology, data basis, process and business model are protected by copyright, trade name, patent, and other intellectual property rights are owned by and are duly registered to the authorized government body on behalf of Global Indonesia School. Use of materials and contents of the Platform shall be subject to and shall refer to this Terms of Use. Materials, contents, pictures, sounds, and videos in this site may only be used in its entirety as it is without any modification, for Users’ personal and non-commercial use. You are prohibited to download and do all other things that violate this Terms of Use.

Platform Access

There are a number of areas with limited access. We have the right to limit access to part of or the entire Platform, pursuant to the applicable policies so long as such limitation does not interfere with the security and convenience of service on our Platform. The use of user ID and password shall fully be the right and responsibility of the User and the relevant owner of such user ID and password. All use and activities relating to user ID shall be the responsibility of the owner registered in our database. We have the right to modify or deactivate user ID in the event such user ID is proven to be in violation of this Terms of Use or as requested by the owner of such user ID.

Service Guarantee

The use of the Platform and any risks lie therein that may occur are fully the personal responsibility of the Users, or the parents or legal guardians of the User (for Users falling under the Legal Age). Materials and contents herein are provided as it is and as provided, without any guarantee whatsoever including guarantee relating to trade, sale and purchase, or any other specific use. There is no guarantee that access to the Platform will always be free of interruption or free of other error, and there is no guarantee of any result generated therefrom.

Privacy Guarantee

We are committed to maintain the security and confidentiality of personal data provided by the Users when accessing and using the Platform (Personal Data). In this matter, the Personal Data are submitted by the Users consciously and without any pressure nor duress from any party, and the Users shall also take full responsibility in maintaining the confidentiality of such personal data. Privacy Policy

Global Indonesia School (“Global Indonesia School” or “we” or “our” “us”) recognizes the importance of, and is committed to protect and honor personal data security of each user (“User” or “you”) when accessing and using “gishybridlearning.id” website (“GIS Website”), “Hybrid Learning” application, or any other feature, content and product that we provide (hereinafter shall together be referred to as the “Platform”).

Personal data that we collect from and/or that Users provide through, and Users’ activity records on the Platform (“Personal Data”) will be recorded and stored on the Platform.

By accessing and/or using and/or registering for an account on our Platform, you, or your parent or legal guardian in the event you fall under 18 (eighteen) years old and have not been married, represent, warrant and acknowledge that you, or your parent or legal guardian, have read and fully understand the contents and consequences of this Privacy policy, and irrevocably accept(s) and agree(s) to this Privacy Policy, and consent(s) to all practices on the Personal Data as described herein, including but not limited to procurement and collection, processing and analysis, storing, display, announcement, delivery, dissemination and/ or access-granting and extermination of Personal Data, pursuant to this Privacy Policy and any applicable laws and regulations..

Personal Data provided by the Users are submitted consciously and without any pressure or duress from any party. Completeness and security of the Personal Data, including Users’ account data (username and password), are under the full responsibility of the Users. We are not responsible and may not be held responsible for any misuse of any of such data due to the Users’ negligence.

3. your test scores, including but not limited to your test results from the Platform.

  We are entitled to obtain information should you use other sites or applications that we operate or other services that we provide. We also collaborate with and are entitled to obtain information from third parties (including, but not limited to, business partners, subcontractors for technical services, payment and delivery services, web analytic tools provider and/or any services provider trough education platform which integrated with our Platform (subject to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy) and search engine providers (“Our Partners”)). We shall take reasonable steps to verify information that we obtain from other sources pursuant to prevailing laws and regulations.
